A prospective study of management of middle shaft clavicle fracture in general population by precontoured locking compression plate

AIM: This study has been undertaken to the role of precontoured locking compression plate in fixation mid third clavicle fractures. Materials and Methods: We reviewed results 20 cases midshaft fracture treated with during period from September 2019 2020 JJM Medical College, Bapuji hospital Chigateri general Hospital Davanagere. Results: Out patients operated LCP, out which one patient developed prominence, had implant failure, none them non-union. Union was evaluated clinically radiographically. Conclusion: provided mechanism achieve maximum compression, fast healing early mobilization.
